Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped by courier and there are no shipping charges.

Course

After your payment is confirmed, course access, the batch schedule and joining details are sent to your WhatsApp number and/or email within 24 hours (usually much sooner).

Ready templates

Ready templates are set up and delivered as a working link, usually within 3 working days after we receive your details (logo, photos, prices). We confirm the date with you before starting.

Custom web apps

Delivery dates for custom work are agreed in writing before work starts, stage by stage.

Certificates

Certificates are issued online after you complete a module and can be downloaded as PDF and verified at sterytech.in/verify.

Delays

If anything delays delivery, we tell you on WhatsApp with a new date. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund for that item.
