Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Sterytech (sterytech.in), run by Jayesh Kanzariya ("we", "us") collects on sterytech.in, why, and how we protect it. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Form details you give us — name, mobile number, email (optional on some forms), city, your chosen plan or partner path, and any message you write.
- How you found us — the page you used and campaign tags in the link (for example
utm_source). - Basic technical data — browser type and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to stop spam. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
- Language choice — a small cookie remembers English, ગુજરાતી or हिंदी.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm your course seat, or discuss templates or partnership.
- To issue and verify course certificates.
- To send important messages about your order or course on WhatsApp or email.
- To keep the website safe (spam and abuse protection).
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Your request is saved in our secure database with our web hosting provider and sent to our business email. Access is limited to Sterytech and protected by passwords. If you choose “Chat on WhatsApp”, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Payments
When online payment is enabled, payments are processed by a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway (such as Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to serve you, and billing records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Certificate records are kept so that certificates can always be verified. You can ask us to delete details we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for messages, by writing to info@sterytech.in. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies (always on): one remembers your language, one remembers your cookie choice, and one keeps the admin login secure.
Analytics cookies (only if you tap Accept): Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel help us count visits and see which pages, forms and WhatsApp buttons are useful, and which ads bring people to us. They are never loaded before you agree. We do not send your name, mobile number or email to them. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Children
Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above, or younger learners with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
