Partner Terms

These terms apply to Template Partners, Course Partners and Builder Partners of Sterytech.

Joining

You apply through the partner form. Partnership starts only after we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp or email). We may decline any application.

Commission and payouts

Commission, partner prices and revenue share depend on the partner path and volume. Exact rates are shared with you on request, in writing, before you start. Payouts are made monthly for confirmed, fully paid and non-refunded sales, with a payout report. Applicable taxes (such as TDS) are deducted as per law.

How you may promote

• Use only the materials and claims we provide. Do not promise income or results.
• No spam, fake reviews, or misleading ads.
• Do not use “Sterytech” in your business name or domain without written permission.

Builder Partners

If you list your own templates in the Sterytech community, you confirm they are your own work and do not copy anyone else. Revenue share is agreed in writing for each listing.

Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership with 15 days’ written notice. Earned commission for valid sales before the end date is paid in the next payout. We may end it immediately for misuse of these terms.
