These terms apply when you use sterytech.in or buy a template, custom web app or course from Sterytech (sterytech.in), run by Jayesh Kanzariya. By using the website you agree to them.

Our services

We offer ready web templates and custom web apps for businesses, and a zero-coding course (sold as four modules or a Complete Program). Descriptions, prices and what is included are shown on the website or confirmed with you in writing before payment.

No copying

All content on this website — text, designs, template layouts, course material, images, videos, logos and code — belongs to Sterytech or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not copy, resell, republish, share course material outside your own learning, scrape, or reverse-engineer it without our written permission. Sharing your course login or material with others is not allowed.

Templates and custom apps

• Delivery time and scope are agreed before work starts.
• You are responsible for the content you give us (logo, photos, prices, text) and must have the right to use it.
• You get the right to use the delivered template for your own business. Reselling our template designs requires a partner agreement.

Course

• Course access is personal to you.
• Certificates are issued as described in our Certificate Policy.
• We teach skills and methods. Results such as clients or income depend on your own effort and are not guaranteed.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no spam, false information, attempts to break security, or uploading anything illegal or harmful.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but the website and services are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in India.
